Ask a Wizard LLC, operated by Tyler Sass, Las Vegas, NV. Effective date: September 20, 2026.
When you submit a booking enquiry or the "keep me posted" form on this site, or otherwise interact with askawizardmagic.com, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your event. The form is processed by a Cloudflare Worker we run and stored in Mailchimp, which we use for email.
We do not sell any of it.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-3Q3HM25Q91) and a Meta Pixel (ID: 3275396422708238). These tools collect standard browsing data including pages visited, time on site, browser type, and approximate location. They do this through cookies placed on your device. We also use Cloudflare for site performance and security, which processes traffic data automatically. Embedded YouTube videos are served from youtube-nocookie.com and are subject to Google's privacy policy when you play them.
We use the information you provide to answer your enquiry, book and deliver your event, send emails through Mailchimp, improve this site, and run ads on Google and Meta. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Ask a Wizard posts content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X. If you engage with that content, those platforms collect engagement data according to their own privacy policies. We may review aggregate metrics (views, saves, comments) to understand what content is useful. We do not collect personal data from social media unless you contact us directly through those platforms.
This site uses cookies for analytics and ad targeting. Analytics cookies (Google) and ad targeting cookies (Meta) persist across sessions. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work correctly if you do.
If you are a California or Nevada resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request that we delete it, and opt out of any sale of your data (we do not sell data). To exercise any of these rights, email thewizard@askawizardmagic.com. We will respond within 45 days. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
This site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Check back periodically if you want to stay current.
