Ask a Wizard LLC offers live entertainment: magic and mentalism performances for corporate and private events, restaurant and bar performances, stage shows, and keynote speaking engagements. The nature, format, and availability of these services may change at any time. The details of any specific booking, including date, duration, fee, deposit and cancellation terms, are set out in the booking agreement for that event.
All content on this site, including text, video, audio, and graphics, is owned by Ask a Wizard LLC or its content providers. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission. Sharing links to this site is always welcome.
The performances, demonstrations and talks offered by Ask a Wizard LLC, including any use of hypnosis or mentalism on stage, are entertainment. They are not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental health care or clinical services of any kind. Payments for shows, events and speaking engagements are made under the booking agreement for that event. Where a payment is taken by card, it is processed through Stripe and you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Deposit and refund terms are stated in the booking agreement.
Testimonials on this site reflect individual experiences at specific events and are not a promise of what your guests will experience.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask a Wizard LLC and Tyler Sass are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any service offered here. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or its services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site will be resolved in Nevada courts.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
